Sam's collector wanted Captain Spaulding from House of 1000 Corpses rendered as realistically as possible, and it's the first piece of what the collector plans as a full leg sleeve. Sam ran it from above the knee down the outer lower leg, with the top hat rising at the top and the house and its graveyard at the base, so the piece follows the length of the leg.
