Astronaut and Koi

This stunning half sleeve depicts a suspended astronaut, surrounded by swimming koi and geometric elements. The detail in the main figure is striking, even including a reflection in the visor. The entire tattoo, though containing blocks of straight gradients, is oriented to flow with the body. The subtleties of the wrinkles on the suit are incredibly difficult to execute, particularly in black and grey, and Taylor renders them perfectly.
