S A M U R A I

Vlad's S A M U R A I is a full back coverup, built over an older star tattoo that the new design hides completely. An armored samurai in a mempo mask fills the back, and Vlad set a lone ronin in a straw hat against a pale sky on the lower right to give the piece depth and scale. He rendered the armor in opaque grey with bright highlights on the metal, which pushes the helmet forward off the skin. By Vlad Shuvalov.
