Tiger Lily

Luiza designed this tiger stalking down the inner forearm through a cluster of tiger lilies, both of which the collector asked for. The collector wanted the piece light rather than intense, so Luiza kept the palette warm and soft and leaned on the shapes of the petals and stems to carry it. Luiza ends the composition just above the collector's existing butterfly tattoo so the two sit together without crowding. The collector traveled from San Antonio for it. One session.
