Water Lilies, After Monet

Nadia's collector asked for one of Monet's Water Lilies paintings and left the choice of canvas to Nadia. She rendered the pond in loose, broken brushstrokes with a pink and gold sunset reflecting on the water, keeping the feel of the original painting at forearm scale. Nadia had the lilies along the bottom break past the painting's edge, as the collector asked, to give the piece depth and lift it off the arm. One session, finished in September 2026. By Nadia Most.
